Alpha is designed for women with full lives. The core weekly commitment is about 2-3 hours, which includes one live group call and your daily practice (which starts at just 20 minutes and grows as you do). Every live session is recorded and available within 24 hours. Many women in the program watch replays and still experience profound transformation.
