Meghan's methodology is about learning to meet yourself with the utmost compassion, reconnect with your body, reawaken your bio-intelligence, and understand that food is nutrition, but your whole life (and how you live it) is your nourishment. She's worked with women who can't get their minds off of food, who feel like they're living two lives, the one people see and the one they're ashamed of. How much time does this program require? I'm already so busy.

Alpha is designed for women with full lives. The core weekly commitment is about 2-3 hours, which includes one live group call and your daily practice (which starts at just 20 minutes and grows as you do). Most women find that the time they "gain back" from not obsessing about food, not recovering from food hangovers, and not being mentally exhausted by the constant battle far exceeds the time they invest. It’s not so much about adding more to your plate, but rather, learning how to stop carrying the weight of this pattern that's been draining you for years.

My schedule is unpredictable. What if I can't make the live calls?

Every live session is recorded and available within 24 hours. Many women in the program watch replays and still experience profound transformation. What matters most is your commitment to yourself and your willingness to engage with the material, whether that's live or on your own time. The practices are designed to be integrated into your daily life, not added on top of it. You'll also have access to our community space where you can ask questions and get support between calls. I've healed from diet culture (or I'm healing). Will this send me back into restriction and food rules?

This is the opposite of diet culture. There are no meal plans. No macros. No foods labeled "good" or "bad." No weigh-ins. We don't work with food rules because food rules are part of what created the cycle in the first place. Alpha addresses why you reach for food when you're not hungry, why you can't seem to stop, and why you feel so out of control around certain foods. We do this through nervous system work, embodiment, and reconnecting you with your body's bio-intelligence, which is the opposite of following external rules that disconnect you further from yourself.

I want to lose weight but I'm tired of weight-centric programs. Is weight loss part of this?

Here's what Meghan believes: You can want to not obsess over your weight AND want your body to change. This is a both/and, not an either/or. Alpha isn't a weight loss program, but many women naturally release weight as a byproduct of healing their relationship with food and their body. When you stop stress eating, stop the late-night spirals, and start nourishing yourself from the inside out, your body often responds by coming into its natural balance. We focus on the root cause. The external results tend to follow.

I always start programs motivated and then lose steam. What makes this different?

This is exactly why Alpha isn't built on motivation. Motivation fades. What we build together is a new relationship with yourself and your body, one where you actually want to show up because it feels good, not because you're forcing yourself. The program includes specific tools for the moments when your old patterns try to pull you back, including how to contain a spiral and realign in 10 minutes instead of days or weeks.
