Meghan Makena is the founder of The Amba Method and creator of Embodied Woman, an inside-out body transformation rooted in neuroscience, somatics, and bio-intelligence.
She's worked with women who can't get their minds off of food, who feel like they're living two lives — the one people see and the one they're ashamed of. Many have been told they just need more willpower, when what they actually need is someone to show them how to come home to their bodies.
After healing her own 20-year battle with food — starting at age five — and losing 65 pounds without diets or obsession, Meghan has devoted her life to helping women find this same freedom.
