Meghan Makena is the founder of The Amba Method and creator of Embodied Woman, an inside-out body transformation rooted in neuroscience, somatics, and bio-intelligence.

A somatic embodiment guide and stress-eating expert, Meghan has spent over 20 years walking alongside women as they find lasting peace with food and feel at home in their bodies.

Her work is rooted in both lived experience and formal training, with degrees in Exercise Science and Psychology from UC Davis.
